Against Easy Story Contest
Article 1
The organizer of the contest titled “Against Easy Story Contest” is Polleo Adria Group (on behalf of Polleo Sport d.o.o. and Polleo Sport GmbH), Samoborska cesta 134, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 12791380945.
Article 2
The contest will take place from Wednesday, March 18, 2026, until Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 23:59, on the promotional page:

Article 3
All persons who register on the Against Easy promotional page, leave their e-mail address, and submit their Against Easy story during the contest period are eligible to participate.
Participants may submit their stories in their native language, and it is not required to use English.
Article 4
By submitting their story and accepting these rules, participants grant Polleo Adria a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute their submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes across its communication channels, including but not limited to the website, social media (such as Facebook and Instagram), and newsletters.
The organizer reserves the right to remove or disqualify submissions that contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.
Article 5
Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.
Persons under the age of 18, as well as persons residing outside Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, or Germany, are also not eligible to participate.
Article 6
The contest will be conducted across three markets: Croatia, Slovenia, and DACH (Germany and Austria).
For each market, three winners will be selected, meaning that three prizes will be awarded per market.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for money.
Prizes are as follows:
1st Prize:
12 × 1st Whey 454 g
2nd Prize:
1st Whey (2.27 kg), Shieldmixer HERO PRO, and Creatine Direct (30 × 3.5 g)
3rd Prize:
1st Bar Box (15 × 60 g 1st Bar)
Article 7
The selection of winners will take place no later than April 24, 2026, and the winners will be announced on April 26, 2026, on the Against Easy promotional page.
Winners will also be notified via the e-mail address they provided when entering the contest.
After the contest ends, a three-member jury appointed by the organizer will select three best submitted stories per market among participants who have fulfilled all participation requirements, including providing a valid e-mail address.
Authors of the selected stories will receive the prizes defined in these contest rules.
The jury’s decision is final and binding for all participants.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify submissions that do not meet the participation requirements or are in violation of the contest rules.
If a specific prize becomes unavailable, the organizer reserves the right to replace it with another prize of equal or similar value.
The organizer shall not be held responsible for technical difficulties or other circumstances that may affect participant submissions or the availability of the promotional page.
Article 8
After receiving the notification about the prize, the winner must respond to the notification e-mail within 72 hours and provide the personal information necessary for prize delivery.
If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
By participating in the contest, winners agree to the publication of their first and last name for the purpose of announcing the contest results.
Article 9
The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner for delivery.
Upon receipt of the prize, all further obligations of the organizer toward the winner cease.
Article 10
The contest may be terminated in the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, which could not have been prevented, eliminated, or avoided.
Participants will be informed about the termination of the contest via the promotional page.
By participating in the contest, participants accept the rights and obligations defined in these Rules.
